oh wts today was my piano exams. great.. cant slp last night even though i wanted to slp early.. and had to stop worrying abt fyp.. since we now know we have some time on our sides right now.. but every1 is doin their job except for some1 ..
whenever i am nervous i start to talk a lot.. its a lot like junjie.. but this time there was no1 to talk to and i feel that those 15mins waiting to go into the studio was the longest few minuates.. there were a few girls be4 me and i felt i was the onli guy taking piano =.= finally went in at 1220 and went to start on the 1st song prelude.. there was some mistakes on the 2nd page where i clustered the notes tgthr.. but overall i feel it was quite ok.. after i turned the page,
it started to flip back itself and i tried to swing it back to a few times but the same problem kept re-curing and finally randomly pressed some keys on the 3rd line.. he looked up and saw the problem and asked me to put something on it.. it seemd to be a common problem like tis.. since he kept looking up after i fliped ( i can see his reflection).. he lent me the sight reading test book to keep hold and started from the start again.. i tried not to repeat the mistakes i made in pratice
i nvr make any mistake there but at another place.. clustered the notes again... played some parts wrong but continued.. haha. 2nd piece was the nicest.. with so many dynamics which i loved.. seriously there were mistakes but i continued.. the 3rd piece i think i messed up 3 bars but it was at a very fast speed so stopping was not an option.. i felt that the songs were quite reasonable..
the scales were fun and he gave quite a number of scales with 2 hands.. harmonic and medloic minors.. i realised that he skiped the dimish 7th and the chromatic in 3rds.... i loved dimish 7th chords.. =.=
i can tell he was trying his best to help me pass by giving me a simple piece for sight reading.. lucky i did not miss out the
con pedal. which means pedal.. it was a nice piece but i think the dymanics i made a whole lot of problems.. and 1 more thing, holding on to the pedal at a starcatto.. it sounded odd , very odd indeed..
aural was no fun at all.. i cant really hear the notes he gave even thought it was rythemic.. so i had to anyhow bla.. i dun think ican make it this time.. he gave the correct modulation but wts.. its a B
flat minor and i kept saying b minor but he keep pressing the note to hint me more and try to get me to correct it.. finally he gave a classical song.. it was a nice song with lots of dynamics and i think its nice to hear.. i think my 3rd song might fail this time... 1st song 1/2 ,1/2.. 2nd song i got confidence with my scales.. aural and sight reading i got nthn to say..
just pray that i can make it.. now its onto my exams and projects =).. finally can find the time to really rest now.. faster saturday.. so i can go shopping for national day specials.. get everything on my wanted list hahah..
