work was the usual downside frustrating because of the lack in understanding from my boss and i haven even got my pay corrected yet.. i managed to sell a few booster seats and was quite satisfied with today's sales.. everywhere is having promotion and i guess every1 is quite exhausted their funds doin this gss thingy.. i went to og ytd and saw pools of people.. but all the cashier points was not even snaking.. there were barely 1 to 2 customers making payment..

biondi went ahead to watch transformers so i would probably go watch it at cathay on thursday afternoon.. hope it does not rain.. planning to go somewhere 17th of july.. probably some picnic at pasir ris park as a family outing.. but i dont know what to make as lunch.. well i love planning and i've got lots of time to plan and think everyday be4 i slp haha..



i bought myself a guy-ar-do today ( gallardo) today was my off day so i decided to do some shopping--- thought of buying more clothes but it suddenly hit me i got 10 more weeks to ns.. after second thoughts there is no point of buying it at all.. so i bought a toy car since it was 20% off..

driving today was hideous.. but i'm just a tiny wee bit more confident in my parking and other aspects of road safety.. however i still cant get the gear to speed settings correctly.. i'm always not in the torque band so i've got no power when i need it..















vicky came out of scdf ytd and we started sms-ing each other.. curious it might be how their personal experience of training contrast with tekong's training as explained by bevan as "2 weeks at a chalet"..

i'll end work in another 2 months so i'm just counting the days as it goes along and hoping i can have some good fun when i go into ns and get married to a rifle for another 3 months or so.. have a good experience rather than having..

kawei would be goin in another 17 days or so.. should i be happy or sad?
and a side note: does any1 wana watch transformers with me?



nothing much to blog..recently there is a lack of resource in our staff.. not enough staff for anything thus creating huge amount of fatigue amongst us and many of us are taking MC thus increasing the stress of the other staff.. which reminds me of Human Factors.. the management dun take feedback from staff, only take feedback from customers abt their staff and reacting appropriately to the complain.. ( 3 strikes and you're out)

in the whole of the place i work , there are fewer staff than promoters which comes to 1 qns i would like to ask " why are there so little staff? " when comparing to other large tenants in any shopping center, there are significantly more staff than promoters in every department.. serving and helping along when u need it.. the only conclusion i can give to the lack of staff is that the company is giving a discounts too aggressively, ( give more discount = give less service )

giving too much discount affects customers in the long run.. ppl only go for the gss or when there is a sale.. becoz during a sale there are lots of cut throat prices.. however the company earns enough from the gss and Christmas to sustain its business at the same time make some profit..

anyways something nice happened these few days ,there was a guy in his mid 20's bringing some home cook food for his gf.. which was kinda sweet and thoughtful.. pasta to fried rice.. its kinda cool seeing a guy do such things for the sake of love.. lovely couple indeed..

my social life is gone.. everything is gone~ my phone became a permanent alarm clock..



went to ys's chalet for a while and ate and ate.. ate lots of oil from the bbq pit.. played some xbox games.. the zonda was very twitchy and easily oversteered after that i had to go home coz i need to work tmr.. wts.. my duty manager did not come for 1 week and i cant take any leave coz she was not there.. WTS lor

work was quite nice esp this little 4 yr old girl.. she really like to try on the car seat and she was not scared at all.. unlike other kids who are very shy.. however she kept quiet all the time.. very guai.. when her dad and i asked her if she liked it, she just nod or shake her head.. her dad ended up buying a car seat after much comparisation with some of the models.. which was quite nice for my department.. =)

seriously i think we should have more pratical lessons rather than theory in real life applications.. coz i was saying WTF the whole day.. becoz i dno how to even use a sterilizer from all the brands... what does the sterilizing pills do? kinda went off in explaination of the parts of sterilizer but some kind souls helped me out by recomending it and just talking to the other customer..

well they were nice to explain to ther buying customer the finer details abt the product.. which was kinda nice.. becoz they had used it be4 and would recomend it.. had a fun day and wonderful learning experience abt baby products.. its very helpful in the later parts of my life..

another wonderful/destressing event that happened today was that a girl was lost.. lucky she had the phone number of her mum.. had to walk her from the exit to the cashier.. she was kinda frightened and was abt to tear in her eye.. her mum was very calm when she answered the phone and was very clam when she collected her daughter..

other than that... there was a backlog of reservation for the mini electric pump plus.. and the lack of staff.. i'm always alone.. some1 asked:

customer: "are u the only one working in nursery"
me : "unfortunately (looking around ), yes. i'm the only one at the moment"
customer: gave a small giggle..

looking forward to serving tmr for the whole day.. tiring but somewhat rewarding in a way.. must plan ahead.. i'll probably get married at 28 or so.. ( thats what i plan, but every1 knows nothing go according to plan)



went to the pcc show today with ys.. we both woke up very late indeed so we made our ways down to suntec.. there was nothing special.. i got no interest in getting something new for my destop or a new laptop.. but the lcd tele caught my eye.. its resolution and contrast is so well matched yet its so thin at the back..

however there is no need for such equipment in the house right now and the near future.. we just dun watch movie on the tele.. the most is those varity tele shows which u dun even need HD to play it..

saw BIONDI TAN and his family today when on the 4th floor.. said hi and bye.. the cap dun match u at all...

ate then get some shure olive tips for the earphone.. reached home and tested it but its not to my liking in comfort levels though the bass and sound stage was a big difference to the medium olive tips..its definately better with the large tips.. ended up using medium shure soft fex which could fit properly and sounded a bit strong in the vocals than the medium tips but retaining the impact of the bass..



SOMEWHERE I BELONG

this has been the question knocking on my head everytime.. who should i be with in this world right now? with my friends? my family? my work? who i really wana spend my 24hrs each day are these ppl? this qns is always never-changing.. i've realised that my friends are very understanding..

i've been working for the past few weeks and have been very preoccupied at work and haven't been spending much time with joel, biondi and kawei even when their enlistment is near.. no last meal tghr =/ (becoz i cant drive) they occasionally give me the feeling that i've forgotten them.. but i HAVE NOT!! becoz we havent got occasions that we wont see for 6months plus yet..

sometimes i feel very bad not joining u all for lots of stuff.. but well its kinda in friendship that u have disagreement? but having too much pangseh is also not very good which caused u all to lose trust in me .. (like me lor, say can drive end up cant drive any shit) sometimes i feel there is nothing to say to u all with goin out..

the longest time i've nvr met a friend was 6months.. and that was bevan.. unbelievable rite? we were friends since our pri sch days and even till poly yr1 ( we were maple addicts then) after that we talked lesser and lesser coz of sch work and we argued over something... but we still have a strong friendship..

ys n joan have their "thing" goin on so lets not really disturb them unless they disturb u.. like when joan needed help for her surprise birthday party.. we'll help whatever we can ;) we usually go out for activities rather than just for the sake of goin out.. usually on special occasions like holidays and some outings..

i have maple friends and i dun seem to be close to them.. just an ordinary player in game with no comments whatsoever abt anything inside.. i prefer to be an observer rather than a participant and this really pissed off a lot of ppl.. worse part of it is that i dun have any motivation to play it.. trying to lure me back seems to be a good idea.. my fingers on the keyboard, eyes on the screen, my heart and soul is thinking of something else.. i think i've pissed off emily more than 10times in 1 week.. now i'm working. i totally have no time at all..

for family. my mum loves to talk to me.. esp when i'm asleep in the morning.. however when i'm half asleep, i'll still talk back to her.. she likes it as my dad dun talk to her much.. neither does my brother talk to my mum.. all she asked is my "research" on the customers of robinsons and how work is like.. i've got too many comments and she likes to hear it a lot..

even nursery dept got lots of politics.. sadly i enjoy working with the customers in getting what they really want and need.. but i dun like to work with the politics inside the dept right now.. fun at the same time can exercise my muscles for ns.. everyday carry weights (strollers and playpen) ranging from 6kg to 15kg.. at least 5 times a day.. swt

ytd gave ys a big suprise birthday party.. i wanted a group of less than 4 ppl for his party but it ended up with his classmates and joan's friends n bfs there .. but he saw wenming and me.. coz he is too tall and i'm his contrast so there u have it.. got sexposed a bit too early

ate alot and i still maintain that some of the prawns were fresh till around 9pm.. cake was very nice.. tks joan for the treat.. .. joan dun ps next time when u take pictures with ys haha.. i know you'll be looking at this post sometime soon..

work was as per normal.. trying to learn new thigns everyday but thats a lot of knowledge just to rmb.. so i'm just goin with experience rather than drop dead memorising.. things are starting to work out.. slowly but eventually it will work out ;) "there is a place for everything and everything in its place"

tmr is a picnic aka birthday celebration for vicky.. ps: he knows already so there is nothing to hide.. probably l4d tmr evening with ys n joan's friends.. it's been a while since i've played l4d.. probably get pawned by those girls instead

gotto miss class bbq on saturday.. my 1st week of work and i feel its hard to cope with personal activities and work.. i feel damn bad not joining joel n biondi pair for lots of outings these few days.. their last days with long hair.. lets go out on friday nite pls? and monday go rollar blading.. i've nvr tried that be4..
