physically:

1. bruised knees and elbow
2. cramps
3. insect bites
4. heat rashes
5. broken bones

well its still quite boring for the 1st 3 days till they started to break us down emotionally into pieces and start to put us back together like a jigsaw.. totally shag.. slept unconsciously whenever i sat down..
